Join Vidhi, for a 30 minute Free webinar offering Practical Meditative tips you can use right away in these uncertain times where fear is rampant. Words of Louise L.Hay :

" We trust that our next breath is there. Let's begin to trust that other things will be there for us also. The world is a work of art, and so am I. For me to contribute positively to this on-going creation, it is necessary that I trust the process of life. If things get difficult, I confidently go within and anchor my thoughts in truth and love. I ask for the guidance of the universe as I make my way safely though stormy seas and calm blissful weather. My job is to stay present in the moment and to choose clear, simple, positive thoughts and words. I know it is not necessary or even possible to have a reason for everything. I do know I was born a beautiful and trusting soul. I take a moment now to treasure the mysterious and invisible process of life that I am.”

Hope you will join this meditative experience which I am offering to the community to help us connect to our faith so needed in these times. Please forward this link to your friends so they can join us on the day as well.

You will learn to:

Cultivate Kindness and Faith

Feel more Confident and Contented

Cultivating Generosity: Offering Dāna

These teachings are offered freely, at no charge. And if you like, you may wish to participate in the age-old tradition of generosity through making an offering yourself – called “dāna” – to support Vidhi and Embracing Yoga Sūtra sessions. In these troubled and uncertain times, I understand there are financial pressures but generosity itself is a beautiful practice that opens the heart, relaxes the contraction of “self,” and ripples out into the world to touch many people – and perhaps, eventually, even oneself.

Many expressions of generosity are not about only money. Attention, mindful listening, encouragement, and patience are expressions of dāna. In these troubled times, we can so easily, actually, listen quietly for another minute or offer a word of appreciation or simply a smile. Try being a little more generous for a day and see what happens.

Yes, through gentle exercises for the body and mind I learnt to relax and let my body heal itself. An understanding and intuitive teacher, Vidhi gave me a tailored programme to practise at home between my sessions with her. Six visits later I feel much better, and I am optimistic about my life and my health."
